1) Please provide us with the reason you are looking to cancel:
1. Management site is far too slow
2. Pings suck
3. Mods for COD 4 are not updated that regurarly (e.g. promod is missing)
4. Last and most important is I consider you scamming people by not letting them know the're enrolling for the autopay system automatically(since i don't remember doing that) or otherwise not letting the user selecting it as an option when ordering. It is very easy for someone to forget to send a support ticket for that, especially when you re not also e-mailing or otherwise notifying the customer that a new billing took place by default!!!!
